Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2-4 weeks to process since every painting takes hours of hand painting and our artists are working extended hours due to high demand.

Yes, we do provide tracking to everywhere in the world!

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

1. I entered the wrong address and my order has already been shipped. What can I do?

Once your order has been dispatched, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier, and unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes on our end. We recommend reaching out to the carrier directly to request a change of address, arrange for local pickup, or explore other available solutions. As long as we have shipped your order to the address you entered for shipping, we will not be responsible for any delivery failures.

2. I haven’t received my parcel within the estimated number of days. What should I do?

I chose a favorite photo of my black cat posing in a very striking way. I was unaware that the portrait would only include her head, obscuring the whole reason I wanted the art work which was the pose. I was notified pretty quickly that there wasn’t enough detail in the photo to paint an accurate painting. As I thought I would be getting the whole body, I tried to edit the photo to provide more detail. After that second photo submission I did not hear back and the. Received the artwork only featuring the cat’s had, with several details incorrect. If I had known the whole body wouldn’t be featured I wouldnever have ordered this. As it was received it was not a good representation of the pet (incorrect eye color and face shape). I would not recommend this business for either of 2 reasons: 1. An all black pet, or 2. You want to see more than just the head. I requested a refund and was denied. They offered to repaint just the head but ax that was never my desire I declined. Now I’m out more than $300 with a useless piece of art in a box for Goodwill. I gave 2 stars not 1 because I was the one who did not understand that the whole body wouldn’t not be featured, but they could have told me exactly what about the submitted photo was not acceptable and given me the opportunity to cancel the order before shipping an unwanted product.

I was very excited to share this with my Mom who lost her beloved dog about a year ago. Her reaction when I gave it to her was priceless. She was in tears and I think it really helped her continue to heal over this loss. We cannot get over how lifelike the portrait is. You guys did a wonderful job.
